Câu Trả Lời Mẫu Chủ Đề Accommodation

PART 1 – SAMPLE ANSWERS (Band 7.0–7.5)

1. Do you live in a house or an apartment?

I live in a small apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable and has everything I need. I also enjoy the convenience of living close to shops and public transport.

2. How long have you lived there?

I’ve been living there for about three years. At first I wasn’t used to living in such a compact space, but over time I grew to like it because it’s easy to maintain and keeps my life simple.

3. Who do you live with?

I currently live alone. I used to share with a roommate, but I find living by myself gives me more privacy and freedom, especially when it comes to studying and working.

4. What is your favourite room in your home?

My favourite place is definitely the living room. It has a large window that lets in lots of natural light, and that makes the space feel very open and relaxing. It’s where I unwind after a long day.

5. Is your place close to your school/work?

Yes, it’s pretty close—only about a 15-minute commute. That’s one of the main reasons I chose this apartment, because I didn’t want to spend hours stuck in traffic every day.

6. What would you change about your home if you could?

If I had the chance, I would soundproof the walls. The apartment can get a bit noisy sometimes, especially during weekends, so having better sound insulation would make the place much more peaceful.
